The ship out date varies from product to product according to stock and personalisation. The shipping date is specified on every product page ( Ships on: ##/##/## ). Please note that the shipping date refers to the date the product ships out of our warehouse.

After your order is done processing (6-9 business days) you’ll receive a second email, containing the tracking information of your item.

If your order tracking information shows your order is currently in Pre-shipment, it means your order is being prepared for shipping, this can take 6-9 business days depending on the items ordered.

Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, no question asked. Item must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with their original packaging. For your protection your return should be shipped back insured.

Magal reserves the right to determine if the returned item is in sellable condition.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hour of being placed. After this point we are unable to cancel any order, however you’ll be able to return it within 14 days of receiving it. These terms are not applied to orders placed using any sort of coupon code, as they cannot be cancelled or returned at any point.

Returns are free of charge in the US, but we’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of the US are to be paid for by the customer and may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

We only work with Kimberly process certified suppliers, meaning all their diamonds are regulated, conflict free and comply with UN regulations.

The purity of gold is measured in karats, with 24 karats being the maximum. 24 karat gold is too soft for use in most types of jewelry, and easily wears down or loses shape. It is also quite expensive, as it contains pure gold. 14K gold is created to offer a harder, stronger and more affordable metal with higher wearability.

There are several ways you can care for your solid gold Magal jewelery:- Use a chamois cloth to clean your ring. Chamois cloths are commonly used to clean lenses on glasses, so you may already own one. You can put a little bit of a gentle cleaning product on it as well. - Clay too can help clean your jewelry. Clay (the same one used for pottery) can be purchased at art supply stores or online. Put a small amount of clay on a cloth or soft sponge and rub your ring with it. then rinse the residue off. - Soaking your solid gold Sparklane pieces in a bowl of lukewarm water mixed with a few drops of liquid dish soap can do wonders. Leave the jewelery inside for 20 minutes, then use a soft-bristled tooth brush to scrub it gently. Rinse off under warm running water.- If you’d rather not deal with it yourself, take your ring to any jeweler near you for a clean It usually takes them about five minutes to make your jewelry look like brand new. 

Water, lotions and cleaning products are gold-plated jewelery’s ennemies so avoid any contact between your gold vermeil Magal pieces and those substances. It is also preferable to take the jewelery off when working out, as sweat can also affect their shine. Once in a while, you can clean your pieces with a soft and dry cotton or microfiber cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner on gold plated jewelry, it is too harsh for them. 

If you own some of our silver pieces, they can tarnish with humidity, oils, sweat or body lotions.  We recommend the following solutions: Purchase a sterling silver polishing cloth (they are inexpensive and will last you a long time) and gently wipe your pieces with it. Place a square piece of aluminum foil in a bowl, place your sterling silver Magal pieces on it and pour hot (but not boiling) water in the bowl. Add a spoon or two of baking soda in the bowl and mix around. You can leave the jewelery in for about 30 minutes, then rinse off and dry with a towel.
